We base our prices upon an hourly rate and estimate the number of hours it will take the project to be completed. This price is then provided as a contractual rate. If we go over our estimated time, we do not charge more for the project. If the client prefers to use an hourly rate we will submit billing on a bi-weekly basis with payments due in seven days.
50% of estimated project hours paid in advance. The remainder due upon project completion. We hold all artistic and legal rights to work until payment is made in full.
If the situation warrants, we also offer a financing package to our clients. The down payment is 25% of the package price plus a financing fee of ten percent.
